The LSV Geilenkirchen conducts aviator camps every year. During these holiday camps, we take our Gliders and visit another airfield to fly there for a two weeks.
We have been organising the camps together with our partner association, FAG Aachen, for several years now. During the camps, several hundred starts are usually made within two weeks. The training offered during the pilot camp is very intense and has shown to be extremely successful.
Of course, it’s not only about flying but also about getting together and spending some time with each other. Therefore, we are also visiting local attractions, come together at the bonfire in the evening and have nice barbecues.
